Full technique — 6 steps
  1. Sit upright on a bench or floor with legs extended and the band looped over your forefoot.
  2. Hold the band ends in your hands or anchor them so tension stays on the feet.
  3. Start with your toes pulled back slightly toward your shins.
  4. Keep your legs still and press through the balls of your feet to point the toes away.
  5. Continue as far as you can point your toes without letting the band slip.
  6. Reverse slowly back into the stretched position, keeping tension on the band throughout.
