Delete your seto account

You can delete your seto account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.

How to delete your account from inside the app

  1. Open the seto app.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Re-enter your password to confirm.
  6. Confirm the destructive action in the system dialog.

The deletion request is processed in a single transaction by the seto backend the moment you confirm. Once it returns successfully, the account no longer exists.

What does not get deleted automatically

If you can't access the app

If your account is locked, your phone is broken, or the app is inaccessible for any reason, you can request deletion by email:

  1. Send a message to hello@seto.fit from the email address registered to your account.
  2. Include the phrase “Please delete my account”.
  3. We'll verify ownership of the email address (one-time code sent to that address) and process the deletion within 7 days.

Email-based deletion is a fallback, not a separate channel — the end result is identical to using the in-app flow.

Re-registering with the same email

Once an account is deleted, the email address is freed up immediately. Signing up again with the same email starts a brand-new account — none of your previous workouts or settings carry over.
