How it works

seto does the thinking.

No programs, no math, no spreadsheets — your job is to lift.

  1. seto learns you — 30 seconds, on first launch.
  2. seto builds the workout — For your gym, weights picked.
  3. You just train — Two taps, back to the bar.
Why seto

Always know what to do next.

seto turns every workout into clear weight and rep recommendations — and explains every change.

Example Bench press
Go heavier
  1. You log
    80 kg × 8 RPE 7
    3 workouts in a row
  2. seto notices
    Ready to progress RPE 7 × 3
  3. Next workout
    82.5 kg × 8 ↑ Weight +2.5 kg

Why this weight? RPE held at 7 for three straight sessions — add 2.5 kg and keep the reps.

Technique built in

Your plan says what. seto shows how.

Every exercise in seto comes with video, step-by-step form, common mistakes, muscle activation and programming guidance. 201 guides are open on the web — all 500+ live inside the app.

Offline by design

Finish the set. The signal can wait.

Your workout never waits for Wi-Fi. seto saves locally first, then syncs in the background after you sign in and a connection returns.

FAQ

Quick answers

Is seto free?
Workout logging and the full exercise library are free with no time limit — plus 3 saved templates and 3 generated workouts to try. Pro unlocks the unlimited generator, the recovery map and smart filters. Logging never goes behind a paywall.
How is seto different from a plain workout log?
A plain log remembers what you did. seto also helps decide what to do today: it generates a session for your goal, time and equipment, suggests the next weight with an explanation, and shows which muscles have recovered. And if you already have a program, it stays a fast two-tap logger.
Can I use seto as a simple gym log?
Yes. If you already follow a program, seto works as a fast, offline gym log — two taps to record a set, a big numpad, a rest timer that starts itself, and your full history for every exercise. The smart generator and coaching are there when you want them, never in the way.
Does seto work without internet?
Yes, fully. seto is offline-first: workouts are stored on your phone and sync in the background when a connection appears. A basement gym with no signal is a supported gym.
Do I need an account?
Not to start — your first workouts run without any sign-up. An account is only needed to sync between devices, and when you create one, the app asks what to do with your guest data instead of deciding for you.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS and Android, launching soon — in English, Russian, Polish, Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Japanese and Korean. The exercise library is already open on this site while you wait.
Where do the exercise videos come from?
From a professionally produced, licensed library — paired with seto’s own structured database: step-by-step technique, per-muscle activation ratings and programming protocols for every movement.
When is the launch?
Soon. The library came first; the download page will carry App Store and Google Play badges the day the apps go live.
