How to do the Leg Press
- Sit firmly in the leg press machine, ensuring your back is supported well.
- Position your feet shoulder-width apart on the footplate, toes slightly outward.
- Slowly lower the platform by bending your knees; don't roll your hips back.
- Push the platform back up, straightening your legs almost completely.
- Stop short of full knee extension so your muscles keep the load.
