Full technique — 8 steps
  1. Stand with feet about hip to shoulder width apart and the kettlebell slightly in front.
  2. Hinge, grip the handle, and send the kettlebell back high between your legs.
  3. Drive forcefully through the floor and snap your hips to accelerate the kettlebell upward.
  4. Keep the kettlebell close to your body as it travels vertically, leading with the elbow.
  5. Punch your hand through at the top so the kettlebell wraps softly around the forearm.
  6. Finish with the arm straight overhead, wrist neutral, and ribs in line with your pelvis.
  7. Guide the kettlebell down from overhead, then hinge and receive it back into the backswing.
  8. Complete all reps on one side or switch hands between reps as programmed.
